All Professions AwarenessYMS are signed up to the NHS England Sexual Safety Charter. Signing a charter doesn’t mean a thing unless action is taken. We want to take action in a visible way, to empower our teams and to create a workplace culture where everybody feels safe.
As insourcing teams, we do not have control over the working location/environment. This makes it even more important that YMS make our actions visible to our teams.
Sexual misconduct of any sort can have a lasting effect on those involved. Whether you are the victim, witness, or alleged perpetrator – YMS want to support you through the process of investigation.

Working flexibly in healthcare offers freedom, variety, and control over your schedule — but it can also blur the lines between work and rest. Over time, the constant shift between patient care, travel, and admin can take its toll, leading to fatigue and eventually burnout.
